The hotel, located on the outskirts of town just opposite a tram stop, was a perfect choice for me. It allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center while still being conveniently connected to it through public transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a fantastic selection of freshly cooked food. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely lounge area where I could relax and enjoy the sunset with a drink from the bar.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in North Shore was perfect for us, with easy access to the beach and a stroll along the promenade. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a sitting area. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided and the presence of a flat-screen TV for our entertainment. The hotel had great facilities, including a bar/lounge area and a leisure/tv room.

The stuff was fabulous, the beds where big, and the breakfast was gorgeous. Opposite a tram station, walking distance to shops and the main shopping centre. We had the double room and it was airy. Spotless place and exceptional service.
